Wouldn't be a bad idea, although it would seem to deepen the gap between ladder and non-ladder players. Guess it should be done if at least 60% of people who vote agree to it.

My suggestion is simple and the title explains it. I believe Kyogre mount should be reworked as a fast surf mount, like the new jet ski ones. Why? Well, obtaining a PvP mount is already hard enough on its own. Why not make it a little more rewarding to the player? Since you are riding a legendary pokemon, it's only logical that it will travel the sea faster than a Lapras or a Dragonair etc. Keep in mind that I suggest this as player who has never entered the ladder and will probably never manage to do it, so it's something that I personally won't benefit at all.

I have currently left my character on Two Island and my ms has run out. If I fight the boss without an active membership, do I still get a Phione chance? Or I will fight and there is zero chance about Phione appearing?

There is no reason for this to not exist though as well. I have a free pass so If I want to rush Vermilion from Olivine, I go to Lilicove first and then head to Vermilion. Without a free pass, this will cost me an extra trip.

You suggest the author to read a topic that you obviously haven't read yourself. It doesn't talk about Mega Evolutions in that topic. Mega pokemon have their own rulings, they are not legendary and WILL be implemented, confirmed by almost all staff, but it will take a long time. Second, you judge the author's english when you yourself don't know how to speak properly English (Its makes me laugh). Next time, don't try to be a smart***, you just embarass yourself. About the topic, as mentioned above though, it's been suggested and discussed countless times. Mega evolutions will come but it will take a long time to do so.

So, my suggestion is pretty simple. There are 3 regional ports, Vermilion, Olivine and Lilicove. From Lilicove, you can travel to both others. But why you can only travel to Lilicove from the other two? Shouldn't going to Kanto-Johto and reverse be an option? It's not something big to implement I believe and it's a small quality change. Also, that's a secondary thought, you could also add Ciannabar in there, since it doesn't have a subway transport method.
