Breeding moves are the egg moves in PRO. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Wynaut_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29 According to bulbapedia wynaut doesn't have any breeding moves, so you can't learn them on the egg move tutor. Next time make sure to choose the moves you want before you evolve your wynaut
