  1. It happens sometimes, most times it's fixed via alt + tab or /ref . However instead of just reloging, i recommend to fully restart the client, so it's sure you won't be stuck again.
  2. You most likely are stuck in a dialogue/script. That only can be fixed if you restart the client.
  3. We don't refund players anything lost due to a bug/rollback, the only things that are refunded are things that are needed for story etc. or membership if the proof is there that a person bought it with his money.

  5. We don't reset character progress, because of such reason. You'll have to make a new account in order to get the starter you wanted to choose.

  8. The stones are not given out to players yet, but they are saved in the database. So if we decide to make the quest fully available for players than you get the stone into your backpack. Moved to general support.

  10. If you still can't log in, register a new account with gmail. It works in most cases with gmail.
  11. Did you try to hit the Log in button again? If you get back in queue, you most likely lost connection for a second. If you press on login and nothing happens than you just have to wait, you'll eventually log in.
  12. I reset your character to the last visited PC, report back if you're still stuck.
  13. Sprites will all be done in the future, however we don't have any time announced for it. The only thing you can do, is to wait.
  14. Go to your pc and try to move a pokemon to the party, if that doesn't help trade one pokemon in your party with a person you trust and retrade it back after you could arrange your Pokemon team again.
  15. Make sure that your internet doesn't fall out for one second. Unstable Internet could cause this problem.
  16. Try to register another account, until you receive the activation email. You won't be able to play without an activated account.
  17. This most likely is due to bandwidth issues. At weekends the server is full of people and people who try to connect. The only way is to keep trying to log in.
  18. It's not a correct timer, it's just estimated/guessed times. People who already play have to leave the server in order to get new peoples on it. However if the players decide to stay the queue will take longer. The only thing you can do is to wait for it to drop down. From personal experience I can tell that watching youtube vids or watching tv while you have an eye on the screen, is the best way to go.

  21. no, if you didn't fight him in round 1 when you were supposed to fight him and the time expired than you both were disqualified.

  23. The announcement said that players have time until a certain day, if noone fought against each other than both are disqualified.
  24. Did you connect to the right server?
  25. 15 reallife minutes = 1 hour ingame time. Or did you mean something specific?
