If same thing happen again, try to find a staff at discord or IRC. You could screenshot the toxicity and report on forum as well. Old folks do watch help chat and report to us sometimes, though they wont available everytime.

its based on percentage, not encounter rate. Charmander itself is Extremely rare tier.

by any chance you login to server blue? currently the server is offline.

if you use a program like xpadder or dolphin, the key binding should be fine with keyboard key registers, then you can input each buttons on joystick as keyboard key. also uncheck "allow controllers" if you use keybinding.

The 64 bit link is working perfectly for other pc including mine.
