At first I would like to remind you that there is trace/Role paly/skill swap and some specifics way to check ability, it's only your fault if you caught fail ability. (Pupitar/ferroseed excluded => minority) Then I do not think it will reduce a lot of demand on pokemon, it's only 1 pokemon / 1000h, people who wants buy pokes do not necessarily already have fail syncs. At the opposite it would create hype and motivate people on farming, if you know that you will be rewarded in the end and not get betrayed by your sync. It will also reinject pokemons in the trade that people keep because they don't have better one for the moment except fail sync. But I understand, if you are just a shiny hunter, and you don't even care about pvp and don't keep your godly pokemon, this suggestion is meaningless to you because you will earn nothing more than maybe being able to flex in all chat.

Where is the fun when you farm 100h+ a pokemon and finish by dropping a fail sync godly and the only way to have this pokemon viable is to join staff ? We are arrived to a moment when farming is so much less efficient than doing boss + reporter + suspicious bot (+digs). Wasting super repels and finishing by fail syncing and get devomativated. Ivs + ability are already really hard to get when you want 31 speed/ 20+/ something similar. There will still be a lot of RNG.

Hello everyone, My idea is to implement some play time rewards, to encourage people to continue to play PRO. I would like to show you how, in my opinion, play time rewards should be added. At first, I'll present who I am, then I'll explain what I suggest, next, I'll explain why add it et finally I'll conclude by the benefit and drawbacks. I'm Godzer. I have 5500hours + in game. I almost only play PRO to farm and pvp. I wanted to share with you a little uncompleted list of pokemons I caught. It's not the complete list of my fail sync, but I think it can still represent how sync is hard. I want a 2nd chance for some of them. What I suggest : Every 1000h a player will get a chance to chose a nature of one OT poke. Maybe add a non shiny/event condition ? More hours like 1500h ? 2000h ? Should we add pvp/pve coins fee (like 500pve/200pvp) ? The pokemon will become UNTRADABLE. Thus it will not directly impact the economy. His name when he will be linked in the chat will be white/grey to distinguish untradable pokemon from tradable one. The probability of getting the wanted nature is 52%. And get the wanted iv on some pokemons is like impossible for some pokemons. People can get too much discouraged after fail sync because there is no way to save their pokemon unless becoming staff members during 8 months. Why add it ? ATM farming his own pokemons is kinda useless when there is no event. (Maybe not for T1-T3) Indeed, there is no interest farming instead of doing bosses x20 ea week + reporter on 4 accounts unless you are really lucky. You will be able to buy the wanted pokemon without losing your time and fail sync. Also, it would also improve the pokemon's quality in pvp. What I mean by that ? Most of 1000h+ player already failed in synchronisation on a epic/godly pokemons. So obviously, the number of godly/epic pokemons would increase and make the game fairer in therms of pvp. Benefits and Drawbacks : Benefits : -Save unlucky pokemons who lost the 13/25 chances of sync -As I said before "make the game fairer in therms of pvp" -Make farm great again -Do not impact directly the economy (will reinject pokes in the trade) -Available for every player who reached the play time needed Drawbacks : -Will be available for non synced pokemons (3rd boss reward for instance) -People who threw away their fail sync will get devastated -People can just afk and use something in order to not reconnect and then get to much hours : is that hard to prevent ? (I think so) To conclude, I would say that I'll disagree with people thinking that it will make the game too much easier. Reaching 1000h is already a big investment in the game, not everybody is enough interested in PRO to play that amount of hours. This addition to the game will make people more motivated, determined to play. Feel free to discuss, ask questions, I'll try to answer. Hey, as you might know H.Ackerman is a NPC located to vermilion who let us submit mysterious ticket for Broken Island. When you submit a ticket he says "No problemo, if your guild doesn't submit 20 tickets before the 7 you'll get your ticket back." BUT, I have never see it again Since it worth 300k it would be nice if I could get it back. Ty for reading, I hope it will be fixed soon.
