Xmas event will probably start in december. For Unova there is no ETA as far as i know. be patient 😛

I'd support that idea. A few small animations added to clothing would be nice! Alltough it might interfere with server stability when it comes to crowded situations like Outbreaks.

I think you have to talk to him again and then you have to fight a Halloween Rapidash to "tame" it. After that battle it becomes your Halloween Rapidash Mount. Hope that helps.

Yes you can use special Pokemon in PvP battles generally.

I dont think they banned it with the intention to remove it permanently. Once there are more counters available like the Tapus it could possibly be unbanned. At least that's what i hope for.
