Although these IVs are impressively terrible, Muk is a tier 3-4 rarity Pokemon. This content accepts submissions with Pokemon that have tier 6 and up only.

IVs are terrible, but shiny and event Pokemon are not eligible for this contest :/ the reason for this is due to it still being rewarding to catch a Pokemon like this. Congrats on your catch, though!
