Sandshrew (1 EV), Sandslash (2 EV), Skarmory (2 EV), Bronzor (1 EV) and Magcargo (2 EV) are mostly available there all day (Bronzor morning only is the exception). Finding at least one of these is very common and Fallarbor Pokémon Center is just beside it for recovery.<br/>

<t>The best HP training spot is in Johto, route 47, night. Only Noctowl level 30-33 spawn (with few rare exceptions), 4 ev each with macho brace, very fast and also a good exp farm.</t>

For sinnoh, according to Red's spawn revision thread:

 

Sendoff Spring water is now an Attack + Speed EV spot

- goldeen, seaking, magikarp, gyarados, poliwhirl

 

Iron Island 1F is now a Defense EV spot (and as a bonus, NO Sturdy stuff!)

- cubone, marowak, rhyhorn, torkoal, sandshrew, sandslash

 

Lake Acuity water is now a SpAttack + Speed EV spot (this is the only one I have tried, and I can confirm this place is a really good one.)

- magikarp, wingull, poliwhirl, psyduck, golduck

 

Route 204 water is SpDefense EV spot

- tentacool, tentacruel, lotad, lombre, politoed, frillish

 

Oreburgh Gate 1F is HP EV spot

- hoothoot, noctowl, makuhita, hariyama, ducklett

Lake of Rage doesn't have tall grass, or at least not anymore, so I don't know why there's still land spawn listed there.

 

But Route 43 just before it, also has Mareep-Flaafy-Girafarig spawn.

I just discovered an amazing spot for training defense in Sinnoh

 

 

+1 +2 +1 +1 +2 +2 all give defense :Heart-eyes:

Ev train atk speed route 229 in the water

For def ev, out of kanto and jhoto region, mt. moon in kanto is a much better spot than rt 45 in jhoto. :Light:

 

as most of the pokes in mt. moon give only def evs :Heart:
