<t>Mt Silver area, just after the spiral cave and just before the cave before red has a ridiculous amount of golducks, which give +2spatk, and golbat (+2spd) and quite commonly quagsire (+2hp) making it a decent area to both ev-train these stats (mainly spatk/speed) and to level up, since the pokemon will all be level 50-55. I use this area to ev train those stats whilst also levelling pokemon to 100, with a macho brace you can do both in under an hour from scratch!</t>
