Darksun20 Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 (edited) The Shiny Rocks in excavation sites don't feel like they are worth the 75 coins for. I feel like there should be better items and a higher chance for rare pokemon, or maybe add another shiny rock or two? most of the time when I hit them I get junk, artifacts (which I think should be removed from the shiny rocks) and just low tier pokes. Judgement Posted September 5, 2018 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Eventually the 75c you spend on a pickaxe can be recouped on shiny rocks. I've been doing excavations for a long long time and I'm still yet to see a Litleo in the Feral Site shiny rock. Yet, I've had 4-5 Rotom which have sold for much more than the original cost of the pickaxe. The issue isn't that you won't eventually make your 75c investment back (because you will) but rather, that it seems a very long time before you do.
