Parasect not able to learn spore from Move Relearner

Hi there, you first need to teach Parasect Stun Spore again and the option for Spore will pop up.

Idk if this is intentional or not, but a lvl 60 Parasect can't relearn spore, even though the dex states that it learns at lvl 22

Hi there. As stated previously, you'll have to first teach your parasect Stun Spore and the option to teach your Parasect Spore will appear. It is an issue with the Move relearner and we are still working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
