Hello, I recently went up to mt. coronet to engage the rotom, but it doesn't seem to be there?

I am not Sinnoh champion yet, but I haven't seen anything saying that's a requirement yet. I've tried every side of the rock and no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you'll have to get Sinnoh Champion before you are able to get the free Rotom. You can get it in that same area by interacting with the rock.
