Hi ! Haven't played the game in years (2016) I think, came back to it today and I merged my account.
I seem to have two Kanto region locked pokemons in my team (Pidgeotto lvl 27 and Nidorino lvl 26). I would like them put in my PC if that's possible. 

Do I need to be offline for this to be done ?

Im in hoenn and have some kanto pokemons in my party that i would like to move to the pc. A poliwag, a rattata, a kangaskhan, a kabuto and a hitmonlee. I came back to the game today after a couple of years and want to capture some hoenn pokemons but cant because my party is full.

Looks like your issue has been solved, since you are in Johto with your starter and no other pokemon in your team.
