To answer your question, the length and overall severity of punishments when it comes to bans, mutes, and etc. all stem from the Punishment Policy. The Punishment Policy is what Staff use to determine the severity level and action that needs to be taken for every infringement of the PRO Official Rules that is brought to their attention. The Punishment Policy does not say the length of ban or mutes. To get that info a person who is muted or ban will have to check their Dashboard for the length and reasoning behind their punishment.
