like ZetLocrito95 already mentioned, we have a extra forum thread for exactly this issues. However, you haven't released any Gengar. Maybe you misspelled the Pokémon?

Already recovered. Either it was wrongly visualized at my source or I have over seen it. I have recovered it yesterday. Everything should be fine now.
