My friend kept trying to download PRO, but it always ended up as a file with an internet explorer icon, and when clicked it'd just open a blank page. I am unsure of what they could do to fix it, and they don't know either. We already tried extracting it anyways or giving a link to all files, is there any other thing we can try?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

I would like to inform you that you can download the most updated and latest client from here : PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE. To start the download click on the link of the download for your device and after you are in the download page of the selected site just click download .

After you have completed the download, you can extract it by using a software like 7ZIP (since what you said you are on Windows) and you should not have any issue.

 

If you should have any issue even doing that, could you please describe accurately which website he used to download and what is the size of the downloaded file?

ryota , is a cache error use a software to clean your cache. like ccleaner.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

  • Install the latest version of .NET Framework
  • Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
  • Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here
  • Restart your computer
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.
