Abilities: hydrogen, flashfire and "ability change" {this ability allows the pokemon to change its ability between water absorb and flame absorb(hp is increased bcuz its made up of fire and water)by using an unique move}. Base stats Spd:92 Hp:85 Atk:83 Def:66 Spdef:83 Spatk:97 Moveset: Flamethrower Surf Overheat Ability choose(this move is only available for "ability change" ability when this move is used player can chose ability to water absorb(increases hp when water type move used) flame absorb(increases hp when fire type move used). WEAKNESS Ice or poison are very supereffective. PHYSICAL STATS this pokemon have sharp nails that can break rock easily. drafiom have 2 long and sharp teeth that can crunch a diamond. drafion height 4.5,weight 793 lbs. it is also like a tank pokemon . this pokemon can jump upto 7 feet. It's a sciences project when the scientists injected the Mew ADN in a Tangela but the Pokemon fast asleep and never wake-up!!! The scientists abandoned the Budmew pokeball in the jungle but this pokeball make a roots underground during a strange smoke...and a grass was created. A flower was born with Budmew in his heart. MOVE SET: - Green Smoke - PWR / 90 ACC SPATK/GRASS During 5 tours, a strange green smoke is created and the Hp of the target's is absorbed. - Paper Grass -80 PWR / 100 ACC ATK/GRASS The launcher fight and cut the target's with a very fine leaf and lower the DEF stats of the target's - Psyweed -65 PWR / 100 ACC SPATK/PSY The launcher send a green wave on the target. This move is doubled if green smoke is actived. - Psy-Punch -80 PWR/ 100 ACC ATK/PSY The launcher closed the flower on his left arm and speedly fight the target's. Also, the target's fast asleep. It is pesudo legendary pokemon of its region. unlike other pokemon its catch rate is 2 percentage.it was only discovered recently by ancient texts written when there is heavy storm you can see that pokemon standing in the cliff roaring and recharging its electric power by thunder.it's ability stand by:when the speed stats increases,the opponent's accuracy deceases by 60 percentage . By switching the rod it can switch his second typ and the template/coloring of his cloth. - Pokemon behavior: Psycain trys to protect his allies, the open battle is not his favorite because of his defensive Moveset. Its best stats are: SPD, DEF and HP witch makes it a good Tank/Sup. - Pokemon ability: Showtime (if its Hp drops below 25% the Rod breaks and the curtain drops on the opponent.
