Hi. I wanted to complete story I other accounts. But since I can't trade mounts or Pokemon it makes it slow. Can't you remove this rule?

This is a mmo man, it means suffer is the main point of the game.

The reason why you want to change this is really dumb. You could've given arguements that have sense.

This requirement cannot be removed. With this, we give the chance to new users to get familiar with the market and in general with the game, before they decide to buy or sell anything. Imagine if a new user has an epic Pokemon during the first 2-3 hours in game. Old players would totally buy that cheaper than the normal. There are more reasons about that, but this is the only one I will share at the moment.

maybe knock it down to 3 badges? Team Rocket Giovanni was a killer xD

To remove all challenging battles from the game? No. As it is, I think the trading requirement should be at 4 badges for every region. It doesn't make sense that you can trade immediately in the other regions.
