Hello everyone, I just realize that this move didn't have a tutor, and this move is quite useful for pvp too. Is it possible to add it in the future? Just asking :P

Power-Up Punch seems not to be a tutor move. I added it as TM in client and on server.

Additionally, I fixed the move. It does damage and gives the ATK boost which wasn't the case before.

The move will work correctly after the next server crash/restart but you need to wait for a client update before the TM can be added.
