Thatkid
So i've been thinking, that a lot of events (if not all of them) are kept on land. Will there ever be an event that is hosted underwater that requires dive? I like the Hoenn Underwater routes. I also think some regions need dive spots in them. Xylos
Hey, maybe there will follow events which will he held on water or under water, we plan events usually 1-2 months before they are active to have everything well planned, but we still try to have unique events every time we do one and are kinda flexible there. If you have any ideas how we could implement waster/dive spots into our events, feel free to let us know. The problem, in my opinion, is that there is not much to vary in water or under water :/ Its a bit hard. About dive spots and if there will be more, some of us Staff had a talk about them and we came to the same conclusion that more and other dive spots would be cool. I can't really tell you if they will really follow and any time soon as it was just a talk we had and not 100% planned - but we had the same thought and a small talk. Namelesshero27
I would rather keep all event on land, since jet skii got nerfed I just feel too slow and painful hunting in water, and I avoided it since then. Xylos
The encounter rate didn't drop with the Jet Skii changes, btw. But if its only the speed itself why you avoid water, I have to accept it I guess :x Staff does not give any private support in personal messages. Please use the proper forum instead. Well I know a lot of players like events as they are and how they are presented but I personally liked the underwater routes in Hoenn because it added a different "feel". Being out there exploring underwater passages like Lara Croft of Tomb Raider was fun. I think players didn't like all that surfing they had to do but i'm sure they somewhat enjoyed being underwater and finding Sootopolis. I did. So i'm just imagining that kind of scenario for an event as well. On land events are enjoyed by everyone I guess but there's no harm in trying something new with a different approach to it.
