Hi, I timed out from the game and now I cant join anymore. Everytime i try joining gold server it directly says connection lost, silver works. I tried a VPN, add PRO.exe to firewall, restarted the router and I installed pro new.

Has someone an idea what causes this problem ?

Hi! I'm not a Staff but I might be able to help you out. Gold Server is currently down due to a server crash. You can join the official discord server of the game: https://discord.gg/98pMNxq And ask for constant updates in the #general chat there. It is generally disregarded to use General Support to ask about server crashes.

 

The server is being worked on by staff constantly to help out and improve it. It will be back up soon! :)

From what I'm seeing in the official server, server is now online. You can always wait for a Staff to come and confirm :) but it should be fine to log in now!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The server were down due to some technical difficulties. However, they are now back online and you should be able to log in the game normally.

 

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord.

 

As the issue has now been solved, i will now close the thread.
