I was looking to do an evolution trade with a friend, but forgot about the region locking mechanisms. Would we be able to have the pokemon and the held item sent back to my pc? I have a SS of the pokemon ID number as well.

 

And unfortunately, I can't just "wait" for him to unlock the region because he's in kanto and this pokemon is a hoenn pokemon.

He will have to complete the region in order to complete the trade.

I've been told that it is possible by a Mod (in-game) and to reach out on the forums because they didn't have the powers to do so.

Sure show me those SS with the UID of the Pokemon you want returned; also give me the name of your account and the name of your friends account.
