Concerning rare Pokemon spawn rate.

This game is the real deal. Developers are excellent!! It is awesome that we will never know encounter rates, makes me feel more like when I was a kid hunting for bagons or feebas which were rare as hell.

This is a good idea. The only problem that in the eye of some rarity equals value and consider a very rare but otherwise worthless Poke extremely valuable.

Lack of information is the most annoying feeling on a farming game (Diablo player experience), if you dont want to show how rare are each pokemon at least public the spawn rates of rares, uncommons, commons etc (for example, rare is 5%, super rare 1%) and let us decide what poke is rare or not depending of our experience catching them.
