Just wondering why Bisharp can't learn t-wave when he can in the main game. I tried teaching it to him through the tutor in Silph Co 1F and she says that he is unable to learn the move.

I would like to inform you that, as stated above, Bisharp learns T-Wave through the TM that you can buy in Celadon Mart for 2000 pokedollars.
