no me deja entrar con mi contraseña a la aplicación del juego en android pero por la web si

Hola, este problema se mantiene durante tres días y todavía no sabemos cuánto tardará.

Cuánta paciencia debemos hacer? no sé.

se está volviendo molesto..

disculpa si mi español es débil, estoy aprendiendo un año ahora.

Hace poco hubo un problema (bug) con la dashboard y se está solucionado, los developers están trabajando en ello. Si reseteaste tu contraseña o creaste tu cuenta recientemente, te dejará entrar al foro pero no al juego. Si puedes aportar información adicional si ese no es tu caso, los miembros del staff te podrán ayudar :) puedes escribirlo en español, podrán traducirlo!

The Dashboard, Website Login, and Password Reset isn't working properly right now. Resetting your password temporarily won't let you be able to login in-game. We're aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, there is no estimated time as to when the issue will be fixed.
