The easter egg master says i only have 39 eggs when i counted every time i got an egg and I'm 99% sure i have got all 40 (i even double-checked withe the guide locations), so I am pretty confident this is a glitch.

it seems like that was the problem, i dc'd back to a pc after originally collecting it and it seems that the collection reverted. It is all good now though, thanks.
