what actual happen to silver server.. i can't login.. and my char on gold got stuck somehow.. aw, suck!!!

silver server is crashing a lot , and i can't enter it , it says conection lost for more than an hour ... usualy it start working after 2-3 minutes , and now does not work at all ...................... pls fix it ...
