you will need psyduck (lvl36) or golduck (lvl38)

when you encounter the ghost use soak it will turn it into water type pokemon

so you can false swipe or scratch or do whatever you want coz its not ghost type anymore

or you are smart and creative you can use it versus fire/sand teams :D have fun

 

 

note: i hope smeargle's sketch move is fixed next update so i can use 1 poke for false swipe and not switch around :D

Just to add, Soak is also useful for removing a Grass-type's immunity against Spore, allowing you to put them to sleep.

 

You can also use Soak to change Steel or Rock-type into a Water-type, allowing your Pokemon's False Swipe to do neutral damage instead of not very effective.
