If that's the case,

"Sunny + Chlorophyl" and "Sand Rush/Force whatever its called" should be banned as well am i right?

No. You do not have to be the OT of the pokes you are going to use in battle.

No, as in Rain, it gives 50% boost for Water type moves and with Swift swim, it is a bit OP considering we don't have yet a fully functional battle scene. While, this is not the case for Sun or Sand.

Are we limited to to the 14 pokemon we show to Chappy and Singham? or can we change the 14 as the tournament progresses?

we can only use the 14 pokes that are shown to chappy/singham ^^
