Hi Raselrifat, every so often we open the name change, account reset and server transfer service like this one. Unfortunately the service has ended and the thread been locked so at the moment I'm afraid you cannot transfer your gold account to silver. We open the service periodically so you will have to wait until the next one to request a server transfer. As we've not long had the service open there is no set time when we will reopen the service. You will need to keep an eye on the forum or the official pro discord page as we will announce when we open the service again.

@darklady You posted in the wrong thread, this one is almost a year old and outdated. The way transferring is done was changed; you can now do it for free every 30 days (More transfers cost 100 coins per transfer). You can do it by accessing the dashboard here.
