I would like to ask for de-leveling my pokemon chansey since I accidentally skipped evolving it because of spamming using rare candies. I don't want to waste my effort of hunting good chansey for days even tho it's my fault of negligence. If considered, it will really help me to compete in the growing pro players in game. Pokemon ID: 21665736
