That's correct, unfortunately the Moltres Wings are not obtainable anymore, as the wings were meant to be an exclusive 2019 summer quest reward. This will most likely be the same for future event cosmetics as well as certain legendary forms.

 

I hope that cleared up any doubts some of you had regarding the Moltres Wings.

Hey inside Vulcanic temple the 4th hidden lever is not there anymore. Now u can find a TM. The 4th lever is hidden in the next statue. Very good guide. love ya <3
