The RAM himself shouldnt be that big kind of a problem - specially when it´s all BETA status - therefore the users should be aware of some struggles and issues! My conquern is more about the license and stuff like that? Is that more the issue?

Is there a way to try it on my Device without CF?!? Can I try an apk with another minSDKversion?

No way, sorry, it's fully implemented and ported with 4.4 API level 19. You'll need to update your phone or flash a custom Kernel and ROM.
