resolved log in problem

i am having problems to log in to my account

when i start the game it says cannot connect to host

and a new screen appears. It says to type username and password

and then i say login silver and login gold

i clicked both and it says can not connect to server

pls tell me wat to do

i just downloaded and registered the game

but when i run the game it shows cannot connect to host

i clicked on both and said cannot connect to server

i am pretty sure i typed the correct password

pls solve this

I am sorry about the inconvenience this has cause you.

 

Before posting a Support Thread, please make sure to read THIS THREAD, as it contains common problems and issues and their solutions. If you are trying to connect to the game, have checked that the servers are online, and still receive the Cannot Connect to Server message, can you please completely reset your router and connection, and let me know how it goes?

 

Also, based on your issue, you can read this quote from the thread and find the solution for you.

 

• Are you using Proxy?
  Try not using it, and then test again
   
   
  
• Are you trying to play at home/work/school?
  Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case
   
   
  
• It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post
  You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.
  

 

 

 

A possibility is that your Internet Connection may not be strong or stable enough to be connected to the servers. Do you happen to disconnect or are unable to connect to other online games or web pages beside PRO?
