First of all i think its completely wrong to say that there is absolutely no issue with ladder reset . Idk if u have been laddering as a player but for most players its an issue that every season the reset time differs (for more than a few hours most times) .If staff team feels like its not worth changing that im fine with it . It was just a suggestion

 

Also lets say u are #15 on ladder . U can find ur self out of it in like 5-6 hours especially the last days that everyone pushes . So u guys thinking that few hours delay isnt big issue ,is wrong in my opinion

A ladder reset goes with a server maint, again not sure who told you this is possible to be automated.

If it was possible, it would have been done already. It's as much of an inconvenience for us than it is for players.

Being automated ,isnt the only "solution".Maybe more staff members should have the "power" to reset ladder.

All in all , if nothing can be done im ok with it . Ty for ur time

Only person that can reset ladder is Eaty. Since he is busy IRL (yes ppl have irl stuff to do) he cant reset ladder in time this time. So it was postponed to 4th November, in which rewards will have a small extra 5% bonus. Futhermore, since Eaty and Shaolan are the devs, i believe the ladder reset was always on point, so no reason to blame them.

Just keep calm, and understanf that PRO is like an hobby to staffers, not a job.

Not going to happen, to reset the ladder queries have to be executed which require certain access not even Admins have.

Granting this type of access brings too much danger and caused massive issues in the past, game damaging issues.

 

There are already several people who can restart servers for example because that doesn't require a whole lot of new access.

If it were as easy as clicking a button, it would be done.
