When you list good natures for a Pokemon, do you recommend that we hunt for them till with find one with those natures? Cause otherwise what's the reason for you to be listing them?

Mainly: Yes, you should always aim at getting these good natures, even if it takes you a bit long, remember this is a MMORPG after all, so you should take time and try to get the best possible pokemon with the best possible natures.

Additionally, I'm in the works of making a "Nature List Manual Guide" (around 50% complete) for newbies, it will take some time though. 

useable nature and preferred nature are different, especially for story so while a timid gastly is preferred, a naive, modest or hasty one works too, the lesser working one would be jolly, or a -spatk nature

@Deepea This strategy is used to cheese and beat multiple gym leaders such as Lt Surge, Koga, Sabrina, Blaine and Giovanni due to the fact that we can abuse Sturdy to have a 100% chance to hit Earthquake or Explosion to defeat very hard fights in story by just cheesing them, basically.
