Hi i look dashboard rules but dont understand fully. i have 2nd account and i want to change server for buy a pokemon from silver. Can i do that with my 2nd account is it legal?

People who offer on a Pokemon and then transfer will be heavily punished. They wont get away with an ''easy'' transfer .

Cross server trades are not illegal. You can transfer and buy your Poke on other Server. Don't worry.
