For months on end I have quit and rejoined this game because yes, I love playing it. But, it seems that literally every few days I have to completely wipe PRO off of my android and redownload. My main progression is on Silver server and it refuses to let me in. Gold works just fine but silver will just lock me out over and over again, hence the reinstall process. Please help make my experience less of an epic games bugfest, and let me into my account when I want to play.... this is the only reason I haven't purchased anything in game, or even recommended it to others fir that matter.

Perhaps if you try, before downloading again, to clear your phone's cache, this may correct any possible errors during installation or even during the game.

Hey Zarknoss I really appreciate the quick response. This is what is needed every time I reinstall or an update happens because when I go to download the APK.file on top of the last one it doesn't work unless i clear cache/data. It's just after a few days of playing it stops letting me into silver with "connection lost" "couldnt find host" "please try again." But gold server let's me in a second after I fail to connect to the Silver.

Your issue in connecting to Silver Server might be related to merging an account in that server and not having reset the password properly.

You can try resetting your password here. If the issue is still present after all of that, you'll really need a Staff member to help you out. Hope it helps!

I have reset my password and remember transferring my account. Just reset it again but now after numerous login attempts I cant get into silver or gold servers.

Now you got actually unlucky, there's a maintenance going on lol. When it's finished I guess you'll be able to try again :)

The servers are under maintenance atm to end the pvp season. Join the Discord to be notified when you can login.
