Can we please add the move tutors for Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon.

 

These moves are pretty strong in power I understand, however it comes at a big risk they all have 90% Accuracy and if the move does hit it will make the user unable to attack in the next turn (so you can always play strategically and switch your pokémon).

I thought they were taught in Two Island like in the original games in Fire Red, in Cape Brink. +1

Also, while I remember about it, if I may add to the suggestion, add Air Cutter move tutor as well. For certain Pokemon, like Ledian and special-based Drifblim/Salamence, it's their best Flying STAB that's not Hidden Power. It's kinda like the situation with Gengar and Icy Wind - they need the move because they don't have access to anything better, and getting the right Hidden Power is extremely difficult.
