6.- Flee from all wild pokemon using Run Away and when you find a Quagsire which is level 52 or below, use Toxic on them. Then, keep attacking until they die.
If you have Air Balloon equipped, you will be immune to Earthquake, which is their only attacking move. Free and easy experience!

 

Well, did all that and when I finally found a quagsire It just hit me with a muddy water or something like that and bye rattata 🥲. Any other way thats working now?

Go to Mt. Silver Lower Mountainside. Max level for Quagsire is 52 there, they do not know Muddy Water.

Didn't payed attetion It needed to be 52 or under, bought the balon, went there again and now worked. Killed 3 Quagsires and got from 13 to 44, thank you Bro!

For others doing the same, learn the move that halves the target Hp, It helps killing It faster.
