Not sure if this is everywhere but I saw in Diglet Cave Vermilion Side entrance someone with a mount ran up to a dig spot and their mount went behind the Dig spot image like it cut through. I don't have a mount of my own to test this in other places across Kanto or elsewhere but this is what I saw. Another dude ran past with a different mount and it did the same thing.
