Server lottery or something like that

Hey idk if this has been suggested or something but recently i was remembering good times from Minecraft xd and when i was playing pixelmon now heres the thing in one server i was playing there was a place in casino that every player could buy a lottery for a certain amount of money and every hour the machine was collecting all the money from lotteries have been bought last hour and doing a draw from all the players had been participating and choosing one winner of them the winner whould getting the amount of money the machine has collected

 

 

For example

Lets say the lottery cost 10k that is a decent price i say

 

I buy 10 lotteries for 100k

Other 50 players buy 1 lotterie each for 10k

So total money of 600k

Lotteries are 60 i bought 10 so i have 10/60 possibilities

If i win i get 600k if i dont win someone else who bought a lottery for 10k gets the price 

And after the draw the machine resetting and start again from zero

 

If this somehow could be posting as a server message in chat whould be even cooler like give a notice that "15 mins left till lottery draw take place" or something like that

 

Prices of lottery and time every draw happens is something that can be changed but i wanted to give an example

I know not something to important but if it's possible something like that be added in the future i think will be cool

-1, first, would if same person wins twice in a roll or in a short period of time, everyone will complain.
second, will make the game a casino wich is not cool.

I dont think whould be bad for the same person win twice in the row since the odds of winning goes with how many lottery you have bought means the players who bought the most lottery's whould have the most chance's to won but in case this seems bad we can change it and make a limit per player so someone cant buy a lot of lotterys

Like for example if a player can buy only one lottery per draw that means 10k so even if he lose isnt that much money, i got your point but i didnt see it as this i was thinking something as an upgrade of current casino that is really poor as it is now thanks for your feedback tho
