To tiers and event form

I did stop counting my char since at 500th and I caught 1 hallow char till now, although I only got one I still do believe it's fair and all about luck, because on last event at summer I got my summer snivy within only 5 mins of hunting, so overall I think it shouldn't be changed or else many would get event pokes so as demand decrease price lowers and it will be too boring to hunt them so on.

In my opinion , there should be 1 quest to get 1 free form ( in all events ). It should not depend on luck always. 

 

Or make it super hard as @Norexsaid.

So in the end I did not receive neither halloween nor shiny Bulbasaur. Caught around 500 in total I believe.

congratulations man, i didnt get a halloween poke either, but considering the poke i was hunting was a lot less rare than yours, i think you should stop complaining
