So when u win 3 times consecutively against a boss, you get a chance to choose a Pokemon ofbur choice and then another choice whether u want it synchronised or shiny.

So if I choose shiny, what would be the chances of getting one?

The chance of getting a shiny from a 3rd boss reward when choosing the shiny option is 1 out of 4096 (around 0.02%), comparatively to the normal encounter chance which is 1 out of 8192 (around 0.01%). You can also read more on the forms chances in the special counterparts guide
