hello i was do my quest to find the 3 gears after that i was fighting the forset master but my pc was doing restarting to itself and after i back i was in the hosptel i go back to the 3 loctions i find gears it wasn't there ? i took so long to find them !?

If you click the stone at the beginning of that forest area you will get a hint which helps you to get back to the Forest Master.

As mentioned by Norex, you can return to the entrance of the forest area where you'll be able to interact with the stele to get an hint. Keep in mind that here is multiple possible options and that your hint is in accordance with the location of the boss. Unfortunately this is as much as information we can provide. The content team works extremely hard on events and it's highly preferable to let players discovers them to not let their hard work go to waste
