While i was streaming on vocal chat on my guild, I have reroll my volcanion, then I close the app and when I open PRO some minutes next to the reroll, my volcanion returned with old ivs, can staff refund me? Because now I can't buy a reroll.

No, im sure and some player seen it. And i have posted it on all chat to flex it xD

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your Reroll Ticket. This is because it would be unfair to previous players who were not refunded.
