Montal2727 Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 (edited) While i was streaming on vocal chat on my guild, I have reroll my volcanion, then I close the app and when I open PRO some minutes next to the reroll, my volcanion returned with old ivs, can staff refund me? Because now I can't buy a reroll. Norex Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 Upon rerolling you have to confirm the new IVs by clicking 'Yes' on the pop-up window which asks you if you want to keep the newly rerolled or IVs or not. Could it be that you didnt confirm the IVs before closing the game?
