My account was made in 2017, I remember my account was on silver and i used to play with some friends... I tried to recover my password but it only lets me log on gold (which makes me start over) while on silver it still says incorrect password or username I dont know what to do, I kinda just want to recover the old acount on silver which if i remember coreectly was around the level of the team rocket hide out.

If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts. Can you check if you have the option to merge your accounts?
You can merge them in the dashboard, make sure to select the right server as your main server.

If you're still unable to log into Silver after merging your account, you'll have to reset your password on the dashboard.
