how hippowdon attack before 226 spd carvanha in link boss?? really i wonder! please someone explain if this situation not a bug.

If you did the boss on Hardmode all pokemon have 400 EVs on every stat so thats how the Hippowdon was able to outspeed you.

My apologies for the inconvenience, I have moved your thread in general support since it was the correct place for your issue.

 

As Norex stated bosses in hard mode have 400 ev's in each stat which is why your carvanha was slower than the hippowdon, despite the fact that it has an impish nature. As a general tip next time you way use protect once to boost your speed and be able to use Destiny bond afterwards.
