can you  lower my sneasel lvl cause i need to evolve him

You can still evolve it even if its level 100. You can do that by giving it a mysterious candy whichs evolves a pokemon at level 100 if you meet all the requirements. Sneasel has to level-up at nighttime while holding a Razor Claw.

You can purchase mysterious candies in all four department stores (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone) for 5k pokedollars, for 2 PvE coins at PvE Coin Masters or for 1 PvP coin at PvP Coin Masters.

Hello @Roronoa24. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Unfortunately, we do not provide deleveling service anymore. This is due to the implementation of Mysterious Candy which will evolve a level 100 Pokémon that meets its evolutionary requirements.

For Sneasel, you will  first have to make it hold a Razor Claw, then use a Mysterious Candy during nighttime. Nighttime is between the in-game hours of 20:00 and 4:00.
